There is a crack behind the stair that is making the stair sink and allowing water into the basement.
Full Sidewalk to be Resurfaced
The concrete walkway is going to be resurfaced so that the concrete looks and feels new.
Crack Under the Stairs in the Basement
Under the front stairs, there is this crack that is allowing water to seep through into the basement. The crack is going to be injected with CrackSeal to permanently seal the crack and not allow water to get through again.
Installing Piers for the Front Stairs
The piers are being installed so that water running off the house and the walkway doesn't make the stairs sink over time like the last set of stairs did.
Beam and L Brackets Installed
After the piers were pushed into the ground far enough, the beam connects to both of the piers and is leveled. The crew attached L brackets to the home to ensure when the stairs were installed that they would be level.
The Stairs Being Guided into Place by the Crane.
The stairs were delivered and placed on the beam and the L Brackets with precision from the crane operator and help from the team.
Walkway After Resurfacing was Complete
Resurfacing the walkway gave this front entry new life.
