Concrete Leveling Photo Album: Car Shop Slab Lifting, Salisbury, MA
The owner of this car detailing business in Salisbury, MA was concerned with a couple sections of concrete within their garage space. One section was housing a smaller painting station, and since the concrete beneath it had settled, the doors were not properly latching. Also, near one of the overhead doors, settlement had caused a crack to form, and there were clear signs of voids under the garage floor. Since this was a high traffic area for vehicles of all sizes, they wanted to ensure it could be stabilized before the cracking got worse or the floor completely collapsed.
Our team designed a solution utilizing PolyLevel, which was ideal for making the necessary repairs without having to tear out any of the existing concrete. Taking out and pouring a new slab would disrupt the flow of their business and take days to complete. With PolyLevel, the project was completed in half a day, and their business was able to continue their operations within minutes.
After injecting PolyLevel beneath the painting station, the slab raised up half an inch, and the doors to the station were now opening and latching correctly. Near the overhead door, the void beneath the slab was successfully filled and the cracks on the surface were sealed. With the concrete floor stabilized and protected, the owner had piece of mind that business could carry on as usual.

Concrete Slab Lifting
Our team successfully lifted the concrete in this section of the garage about half an inch. The doors to this indoor painting station were able to swing correctly after the repairs. With no demolition required, the repairs were quick, clean, and efficient.
Lifting Garage Slab
PolyLevel was injected beneath the slab near these over head doors to lift them slightly. The main goal here was to fill the void so that the cracking and settling would not get worse as vehicles were driven over the concrete. With a fully stabilized floor, the owner of the car garage has peace of mind.
