Concrete Leveling Photo Album: Uneven Concrete Walkway Repair, Shrewsbury, MA

This homeowner in Shrewsbury, MA was concerned with the condition of the walkway at the front of their home. The main problem was how the concrete was sloping towards the home's foundation. Utilizing this polymer foam solution meant there was no demolition of concrete, no mess, and the homeowner was able to continue to use their walkway within minutes of installation. By the end of the one-day project, the concrete walkway was no longer pitched towards the home, and so water flowing towards the foundation would no longer be a concern. Our team was also successful in lifting the uneven sections so that the trip hazards were no longer a problem. NexusPro crack sealant, a silicone-based caulking, was also installed within all the joints of the concrete, which will add another level of protection against intruding water. With a level, flat walkway, the entrance to this home is now safe and protected.
