A homeowner in Greenland, New Hampshire, had seen over the past couple of years that the back corners of their garage were cracking and settling. The homeowner didn't like the way the slab looked and wanted to find a solution to prevent the slab from continuing to settle and crack. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist Jason recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro into the garage to lift and level the slab and seal cracks on the surface of the slab.
Our Installation Team began by creating small holes in a grid pattern throughout the slab and then used PolyLevel to lift and level the slab. After the slab was lifted and leveled the team plugged the holes and began sealing the cracks in the slab with NexusPro. Our team sealed 38' of cracks around the garage with NexusPro.
