Concrete Leveling Photo Album: Water Collecting in Garage, Reading, MA
A homeowner in Reading, Massachusetts, had had an issue where water is gathering at the bottom of the stairs in their garage. They also had a small section of concrete that was rough. The homeowner would like that concrete smoothed so they can epoxy the garage in the future. Our design specialist Michael examined the garage and recommended PolyLevel to pitch the concrete toward the garage door, repair the rough concrete, and seal the cracks with NexusPro.
Our production team installed PolyLevel to change the pitch of the garage floor, smooth the rough concrete, and seal the cracks in the slab.
Slab Repair
The homeowner wanted to prevent water from collecting at the foot of the stair, repair the rough concrete on the edge of the garage, and seal the cracks in gaps on the slab.
Lifting and Pitching Slab
The team used slab jacks to lift the concrete to give the concrete a slight pitch.
Concrete Replaced and Cracks Sealed
The team pours new concrete to replace the old rough concrete and sealed the crack with NexusPro.
