Concrete Leveling Photo Album: Concrete Deck is Pooling Water, Boston, MA
A homeowner in Boston, Massachusetts, had recently finished their basement. They had seen water pooling on their concrete deck against the foundation and didn't want the water to seep into their finished basement. The concrete pad had voids beneath it which forced it to pitch towards the home. Our design specialist examined the concrete deck and recommended injecting PolyLevel to fill the voids and address the issue.
Our production team installed PolyLevel under the concrete deck through various injection ports to evenly distribute the material. As the polymer foam expanded and solidified in the voids, the concrete slab successfully lifted. By the end of the project, the slab no longer pitched towards the home, and water now flows away from the foundation walls.
