Concrete Leveling Photo Album: Lift and Level on Breezeway Patio, Marblehead, MA
Tom S. of Marblehead, Massachusetts was experiencing a large crack in his breezeway. On either side of the crack, the concrete had sunk, causing the concrete to be not level anymore. He would like it re-leveled. He decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese arrived at the home and inspected the crack. After a careful inspection, Kenny recommended that the cracking and the sinking can be repaired using Nexus Pro and PolyLevel.
Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team arrived at the home and started injecting PolyLevel under the breezeway patio. After injecting some PolyLevel they found that one side of the concrete was pushing down the other side. To force the slabs off of each other, they had to use a bottle jack and a steel beam with a chain. Once the team got the slab to clear, they leveled the breezeway and sealed the crack using Nexus Pro.
