This older home in Merrimac, Massachusetts had sagging floors throughout. The joists and beams in the basement were supported by failing brick columns, as well as some low quality steel posts and lally columns.
SmartJacks were installed to replace all the failing posts, and the floors were raised up close to level once again. The older brick columns were all removed to clean up the basement.
