Foreman Tyler Oslizlo met with Roger to perform a quick walkthrough, laying out goals and objectives for the project. The installation crew then got to work, injecting PolyLevel underneath the concrete slab. The polyurethane foam filled voids underneath the concrete, thus lifting it. The crew experienced slight difficulties, as the concrete in front of the door was pitched in the corner. Luckily, the crew's experience allowed a solution for the problem. The crew attempted to use a demo saw cut, but the concrete still wouldn't budge. They ultimately grinded down the uneven spots that remained in order to level out the remaining concrete that couldn't be leveled conventionally. Now that the concrete was lifted and even, NexusPro could be applied to seal the cracks and joints. This prevents further settling and cracking in the future while offering a clean aesthetic.

After the foundation wall was removed the masonry team began building the new masonry wall. Once the wall was finished the team backfilled and installed the precast stairs.

Our production team installed 313 sqft of CleanSpace to the 25'x11' crawlspace to encapsulate it. The team used the sheets of CleanSpace and connected them with the high-strength CleanSpace Tape. The team finished encapsulating the crawlspace enabling them to call the insulation company back to have them come back and install the new insulation.

Our production team began by creating an extraction point in the basement by chipping out a small section of concrete from the slab in the basement. After the team chipped out the extraction point our team installed a PVC pipe in the extraction point to collect radon-filled air from underneath the home. The team fed the radon pipe to the exterior of the home where they attached the radon fan. The radon fan will pull the air from beneath the home and push it into the open air above the home. The team used more PVC to vent the radon system above the home to make sure radon can't re-enter the home. The radon system was able to reduce the radon levels in the home.

The homeowners were happy that the radon levels were reduced to a healthy level. They no longer have to worry about the radon levels in their home.

Our team had first begun chipping out concrete at the front of the garage. The team chipped out a long trench at the mouth of the garage and installed a TrenchLock System. Off of the TrenchLock System at the mouth of the garage, the team chipped out a trench for a WaterGuard System leading to the back corner of the garage. The WaterGuard was connected to a sump pump in the back closet of the garage. an UltraSump was installed to collect the water that entered the garage. Once the TrenchLock, WaterGuard, and UltraSump were set the team surrounded them in concrete to lock them in place.

After they demoed the mouth of the garage, they poured new concrete and sealed all of the cracks and gaps with SealantPro and NexusPro. The team stopped water from coming through the cracks in the garage and made the front of the garage more aesthetically pleasing while also leveling the garage slab that had settled slightly.
