Job Stories From Bedford, NH
Waterproofing Before Finishing Basement in Bedford, NH

At Erickson Foundation Solutions, we recently tackled a challenging basement waterproofing project in Bedford, NH, that truly tested our mission to provide remarkable customer experiences and dependable home solutions. This story began when a homeowner reached out to us with a concern many can relate to: every time there was a heavy rain, water made its unwelcome way into their basement. They had a vision of transforming this space into a useful area of their home but were stuck due to the persistent issue. Knowing the importance of addressing such issues at their roots, we promptly got to work.

The process kicked off with our Customer Care team scheduling a thorough home inspection, conducted by our knowledgeable System Design Specialist Rick Marquis. Upon diagnosis, it was clear a tailored solution involving our WaterGuard, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and IceGuard systems would nip their water intrusion problem in the bud. As we moved into the setup phase, our crew, led by skilled foreman Gunther Billhardt alongside proficient installers, embarked on the transformation journey. Installing WaterGuard ensured an efficient perimeter drainage channel was in place to catch any water creeping in, while the TripleSafe Sump Pump was tasked with the heavy lifting—pumping out any water caught by the system, rain or shine. Knowing New Hampshire's propensity for cold temperatures, IceGuard was the perfect safeguard, preventing potential freeze-induced clogs in the discharge line.

Upon completion, not only did we leave behind a space free of unwanted water, perfect for the homeowner's basement finishing plans but also the peace of mind that comes with a resilient solution. Most importantly, throughout the project, we kept our promise of providing a seamless and satisfactory customer experience, underscored by our commitment to long-lasting solutions for home issues.

Replacing a Failing Sump Pump System in Bedford, MA

At Erickson Foundation Solutions, we recently wrapped up an impactful basement waterproofing project for a homeowner in Bedford, NH. The homeowner was grappling with two major concerns: a lack of adequate storage space and an ongoing battle with mold, all due to unwelcome water intrusion in their basement. Realizing the severity of the issue, which not only impacted the usability of their home but also the health and comfort of their living space, they reached out to us for a dependable solution.

Kickstarting the process, our Customer Care team promptly arranged an inspection appointment. System Design Specialist Bryan Barnard from our Sales Team took the reins, conducting a thorough home inspection. The diagnosis pointed towards the necessity for a robust waterproofing system. We recommended the installation of our proven WaterGuard, UltraSump System, and IceGuard products as a comprehensive remedy that would address the issue head-on. Our production team, composed of skilled foreman Gunther Billhardt and dedicated installers, set to work with a focus on efficiency and minimal disruption. The WaterGuard system provided an exceptional drainage solution, channeling unwanted water away, while the UltraSump pump system ensured any water entering the basement was effectively pumped out, keeping the basement dry year-round. The inclusion of IceGuard meant the system remained fully functional, even in the frozen winter months, preventing backups.

The transformation was evident. Upon completion, the homeowner's concerns about storage space and mold were resolved. The basement was now a dry, mold-free environment, granting peace of mind and a newly viable space for storage or even livable square footage. This project underscores our dedication at Erickson Foundation Solutions to not only meet but exceed homeowner expectations by delivering on our commitment to provide reliable, lasting solutions, and ensuring a remarkable customer experience throughout the entire process.

Cold Floor Solution in Bedford, NH

Recently, we had the pleasure of helping a homeowner in Bedford, NH, tackle a problem that many of us have experienced at one point or another – cold floors. This might sound like a minor inconvenience to some, but during those chilly months, it can really affect the comfort of your home. Here's the catch, the source of the problem wasn't poor insulation in the walls or old windows; it was their crawlspace.

After reaching out to us, we scheduled a time for a home inspection to get a closer look at the root of the issue. When our System Design Specialist Bryan Barnard visited the home, he discovered that the crawlspace underneath was not properly sealed or insulated, allowing cold air to permeate the flooring above. This was the moment of truth, where we presented our recommended solution – the installation of CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a fantastic product that essentially creates a vapor barrier, encapsulating the crawlspace to prevent moisture from seeping in, but most importantly, in cases like this, it helps to keep the cold air out. Our production team went to work, carefully installing CleanSpace throughout the entire crawlspace. The job was a textbook example of professionalism and efficiency, as our team not only installed the product but made sure the entire area was clean and tidy before leaving.

The outcome? Well, it was exactly what we aim for in every job. The homeowner immediately noticed a difference. The once cold floors were now comfortably warm, making their home feel more inviting and cozy. For us at Erickson Foundation Solutions, hearing that our solution not only fixed the problem but also significantly improved the homeowner’s daily life was a wonderful reminder of why we do what we do.

Pool Stabilization in Bedford, NH

Recently, a homeowner in Bedford, NH, reached out to us with a rather unique problem— their gorgeous granite pool wasn't holding water. This wasn't just a minor leak; there were significant voids surrounding the pool, undermining its stability and preventing it from retaining water. Understandably, this situation was anything but ideal, especially considering the pool's value, both as a home amenity and a personal joy for the homeowner.

After the homeowner contacted our Customer Care team, we scheduled an inspection to understand the extent of the issue firsthand. Our System Design Specialist Victor Tapia quickly diagnosed the problem: the voids surrounding the pool needed to be filled and the entire area stabilized to ensure the pool could hold water effectively again. The recommended solution? Our tried-and-true PolyLevel technology. PolyLevel involves a precise, controlled lifting, and stabilization technique designed to handle precisely this kind of challenge. By injecting this high-density foam underneath and around the pool, we were able to fill the voids completely and stabilize the pool's foundation without the mess of traditional mudjacking or the invasiveness of concrete replacement. The day of the repair, our production team, comprising seasoned foreman Tyler Oslizlo and skilled installers, set to work. They meticulously pumped the PolyLevel foam in the critical areas, carefully monitoring the void fill and pool lift to ensure everything was perfectly leveled and stabilized.

Before long, the pool was no longer a leaking void but a fully functional, water-holding centerpiece of the homeowner's backyard once more. This job was a rewarding example of our mission in action: providing not just a service, but a remarkable experience resulting in reliable, long-lasting solutions for homes—and in this case, pool problems.

Sump Pump Replacement in Bedford, NH

When a homeowner in Bedford, NH, was faced with the frustration of a faulty sump pump, they reached out to us for help. Their previously installed system just wasn't doing its job, leaving them anxious every time a storm rolled in. Understanding how critical a fully functional basement waterproofing system is, we were ready to step in and provide a dependable solution.

First off, our meticulous process kicked into gear with an initial contact from our friendly Customer Care team who arranged a comprehensive home inspection. Our skilled System Design Specialist Josh Phillips visited the property to diagnose the underlying problem precisely. It was clear that the existing sump pump system needed an overhaul, and it gave us the perfect roadmap to address the issue effectively. To get things back on track, we introduced the UltraSump System, renowned for its reliability, especially during power outages, thanks to its integral battery backup feature. We also equipped their basement with an IceGuard on the exterior discharge line, ensuring that even in the coldest temperatures, melting water could exit without blockage or backup. The actual work began with installing a feed line from the problematic old sump pump to a freshly installed basin. After securing the system's functionality, the old basin was buried under a fresh layer of concrete, seamlessly integrating our solution with their basement's layout. The production team, comprising punctilious foreman Nick Carelli and highly skilled installers, ensured the entire process was smooth, leaving the place tidy and the homeowner relieved.

The outcome was more than just an installed product; it was peace of mind restored for the homeowner, knowing they had a resilient and robust waterproofing system that could withstand the challenges of severe weather without a hitch.

Crawl Space Insulation in Bedford, NH

Recently, at Erickson Foundation Solutions, we had the opportunity to help a homeowner in Bedford, NH, who was facing a common yet often overlooked problem: a poorly insulated crawl space. Before contacting us, they noticed that their home's energy efficiency was not up to mark, and certain areas of the house were receiving inconsistent temperatures, which was quite bothersome during the seasons' change.

Upon reaching out, our Customer Care team quickly set up an appointment for a complete home inspection to pinpoint the root cause of their discomfort. Our System Design Specialist Josh Phillips visited the home, assessed the situation, and recommended the installation of our SilverGlow insulation in their crawl space. SilverGlow is not just any insulation; it’s designed to keep the crawl space dry and energy-efficient, optimizing the overall comfort and air quality of the home. Once the homeowners decided to move forward with our suggestion, our production team came into play. First, they carefully installed an entrance to the crawl space to ensure easy accessibility. Then, with precision and attention to detail, they installed the SilverGlow insulation. The process required meticulousness to ensure the insulation was applied thoroughly, covering every nook and cranny to prevent any energy leaks.

The outcome was immediately noticeable. Our team not only enhanced the energy efficiency of the home but also helped in stabilizing the temperature throughout, making each room more comfortable. The homeowners were delighted with the result, impressed by the significant improvement in their home's comfort and potential energy cost savings. At Erickson Foundation Solutions, this is what we live for: providing a reliable, long-lasting solution and a remarkable customer experience.

Basement Drainage System and Humidity Control in Bedford, NH

Recently, in Bedford, NH, we were approached by a homeowner facing a troubling issue in their basement. They previously had WaterGuard installed in parts of their basement for waterproofing, but unfortunately, it didn't encompass the entire perimeter. Over time, water started making its way through the unprotected sections, leading them to reach out to us at Erickson Foundation Solutions.

Our team immediately knew how critical a full-scale solution was. After our Customer Care team scheduled a home inspection, System Design Specialist Victor Tapia from our Sales Team visited the homeowner. They provided a thorough examination of the basement, spotting precisely where the water was seeping in. With this clear understanding, we proposed a comprehensive plan to not only address the current water entry but to prevent any future issues. The solution we prescribed was simple yet effective – complete the WaterGuard installation around the entirety of the basement perimeter and introduce the SaniDry Sedona to keep the humidity levels in check. The SaniDry Sedona is not just any dehumidifier; it's specially designed to handle the high demands of basement environments, ensuring the air stays dry and comfortable. Our production team, consisting of expert installers and foreman Mike Lyall, carried out the work efficiently. After contacting our Customer Care team, an appointment was made for a thorough inspection. Our System Design Specialist Victor Tapia visited the home, assessed the situation, and it was clear that the fluctuating underlay soil was the culprit. To resolve this, we recommended the installation of PolyLevel, a modern solution known for its durability and effectiveness in fixing uneven concrete surfaces by leveling them perfectly. Our production team swiftly got to work under the guidance of very experienced foreman Nick Melo. PolyLevel was injected beneath the troublesome areas of the pool deck, raising and leveling the slabs to their initial height and smoothness, effectively eliminating the tripping hazards. Push Piers Stabilizing Chimney, Bedford, NH

Val N. has lived in his Bedford, New Hampshire home for over 13 years. One day, when he was getting his home tested, it was pointed out to him that his chimney had started pulling away from his home. This, along with wall and settlement cracks can often go unnoticed or overlooked, especially if it is a very gradual process. With these cracks, sinking, and other signs becoming significantly more noticeable, Val wanted to take action to stabilize his home.

Our Design Specialist, Victor Tapia, recommended using Push Piers to uplift, level, and stabilize the foundation of his basement, ultimately providing support to the rest of the home. Often times, when a home's foundation is built on poor soil, voids can form underneath the settlement due to shifting of that soil, whether it be from erosion or other factors. This is what causes the home to sink, and that is when cracks and other signs become noticeable. To solve this problem, our team installed the Push Piers, which are drilled deep into the ground until they reach soil that can adequately support the foundation of the home. Once that is in place, these piers are attached to the settlement, and then further pushed down into the supportive soil. This lifts the slab and restores the sinking home.

With the Push Piers now rooted in durable soil, a permanent solution to the sinking home and chimney has been reached. Val was thrilled!

Foundation Wall Stabilization, Bedford, NH

A home in Bedford, New Hampshire was placed on the market by the seller. A prospective buyer came in and put in an offer on the home pending a home inspection. The home inspector came in and performed a full inspection and report of the home. The report indicated that the foundation wall had some cracks that were concerning. The potential buyer recoiled and wanted to know more about issues with the foundation. To gain knowledge about the wall and some potential solutions the buyer and seller agreed to call EFS for a free inspection of the foundation of the home.

Our Design Specialist Jason Vachon met with the two parties and looked at the foundation of the home. Jason noticed the block foundation was bowing slightly and his recommendation was to install Geolocks on the foundation wall and have the other end installed in the yard to stabilize and straighten the foundation wall. The buyer and seller received the quote and worked out a deal between themselves for EFS to install our solution.

Our installation team began by marking where each of the 6 Geolocks would be installed on the bowing foundation wall. After the wall was marked our team started digging a trench 10 feet away from the foundation wall. This will allow us to the soil in between the foundation wall and the trench as leverage to stabilize and straighten the foundation wall. We then sent a galvanized rod through the foundation wall and into the trench. We attached a Geolock plate to either side of the rod and then began to tighten bolts on either side of the threaded rod to start straightening the foundation wall. Once straightened the team then backfilled the trench and tamped down the soil.

The buyer and seller were very impressed with the result of the project.

Preventing Water Intrusion, Bedford, NH

A homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire had purchased their home two years ago. Since then, the basement has flooded three times - once in the first year and twice this past year. To prevent further flooding, the homeowner contacted Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection of their basement. Victor Tapia, our Design Specialist, looked in the basement to find a solution to prevent further water intrusion and flooding. After the inspection, Victor recommended installing WaterGuard, Trench Drain, TripleSafe Sump Pump, IceGuard, and a buried exterior discharge line into the cellar.

Our installation team started by chipping out 185 feet of concrete around the basement's perimeter using a jackhammer. Then they dug down a few inches to accommodate our perimeter drainage into the trench. After that, they installed crushed stone and the drainage into the trench. In the basement's lowest point, our team removed enough concrete and dirt to install our basin for our TripleSafe. Once the basin was set, we plumbed the sump pump to the home's exterior where we installed our two IceGuards and 25 feet of Exterior Drainage Line. After setting up the exterior drainage, they mixed up concrete and covered the perimeter drainage around the sump pump with it to lock it into place.

The homeowners were happy with the installation of the perimeter drainage system in their basement. They no longer have to worry about that area flooding during periods of rain.

Perimeter Drainage System in Forever Home, Bedford, NH

A homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire recently bought their forever home. The house was built in 2000, and the homeowners noticed signs of water getting into the basement during the open house before they purchased it. After owning the home for a month, they decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist, Isaac Hernandez, met with the homeowners to discuss their concerns and goals. After the conversation, Isaac inspected the basement to find a solution for their forever home. He recommended installing a perimeter drainage system to collect any water that enters the basement.

Our installation team, led by Gunther Billhardt, started by chipping out 50 feet of concrete along the back foundation wall to create a space for installing the perimeter drainage and sump pump. The team used a jackhammer to break up the concrete and installed 48 feet of WaterGuard into the trench.

Next, we installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump at one end of the drainage system to collect any water that the drainage might gather and send it outside the house. We also plumbed the sump pump outside the home, where we installed 2 IceGuards and buried 10' of Exterior Drainage Line directed away from the foundation.

After the exterior drainage was installed, our team returned to the basement to install the CleanSpace Wall System along the back foundation wall. The wall system collects water from the wall and guides it into the perimeter drainage and then into the sump pump. Our team also installed our SaniDry Sedona next to the TripleSafe.

Finally, the team mixed concrete and covered the perimeter drainage and around the TripleSafe to lock everything into place. The homeowners were thrilled with the project's results and relieved that they no longer had to worry about water entering their forever home's basement.

3" of Standing Water in Basement, Bedford, NH

A homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire has lived in their home for over 35 years. For years, they have experienced water entering their basement during heavy rainstorms. Typically, there would be a few wet spots on the basement floor, but this year they saw the basement flood twice with 3" of standing water. After experiencing two floods that required services from ServePro to drain all the water, the homeowners decided it was time to find a permanent solution. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection to prevent water from entering their basement.

Our Design Specialist, Josh Phillips, met with the homeowners and conducted a full inspection of the basement. After inspecting the basement, Josh recommended installing a full-perimeter drainage system that would collect any water from the walls or seep up from under the slab and pump it to the outside of the home.

Our Installation Team, led by Abdou Taal, began by chipping out over 100' of concrete around the perimeter of the basement for our WaterGuard perimeter drainage and TripleSafe sump pump. Once the concrete was removed and enough dirt was excavated for our drainage and sump pump to be installed, we began to lay the 135 feet of WaterGuard in the trench and link the drainage with our three-pump TripleSafe. After the pump and drainage were in place, the team plumbed the sump pump to the exterior of the home, where we installed two IceGuards and a buried exterior drainage line to carry water away from the foundation of the home. After installing the exterior drainage, the team returned to the basement to mix and pour concrete over the perimeter drainage and around the basin of the sump pump to secure everything in place. Lastly, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the basement and connected the discharge line to the sump pump basin. The basement was now fully protected from water.

The homeowners were very satisfied with the installation of the perimeter drainage system and no longer had to worry about water collecting inside the basement.

Perimeter Drainage System Installed in Early 1900s Home, Bedford, NH

This homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for the past 40+ years. This year they had seen water in their basement of the early 1900s home for the first time ever. The homeowner called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist Josh Phillips met with the homeowner and talked about their concerns and goals for the project. After his talk with the homeowners, he inspected the basement and then recommended installing a perimeter drainage system that included WaterGuard, a TripleSafe, an IceGuard, SaniDry Sedona, and an Exterior Drainage Line in the basement.

Our Installation team led by Gunther and Paul began by chipping out 30 feet of concrete so we could install our perimeter drainage and sump pump. Once the concrete was chipped and the debris was removed the team then installed the WG and TripleSafe. Next, the team plumbed the sump pump to the exterior of the home where we installed our IceGuard and EDL. This will carry the water away from the foundation of the home. After the drainage was installed, the team returned inside the basement and covered the WaterGuard and around the TripleSafe with concrete. After the concrete cures, the team installed the SaniDry Sedona into the basement to control the moisture in the basement.

The homeowner was very pleased with the results of the project.

Homeowner Tired of Basement Flooding, Bedford, NH

A homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire had lived in their home for 37 years without any water entering their basement. However, for the last three years, they have had to use a shop vac to clean up water after heavy rainstorms. Tired of this, the homeowner called EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist, Anthony Brancato, met with the homeowner and created a solution to prevent water from collecting in their basement. The solution included 33' of WaterGuard, a TripleSafe, IceGuard, and 50' of Exterior Discharge Line.

Our Installation Team led by Steve Dumais began by chipping out concrete in the basement so we could install our perimeter drainage and sump pump. Once we chipped and dug out enough concrete and dirt the team was able to install the drainage and sump pump into the basement. Once in the basement, the team then plumbed the system to the exterior of the home where we installed the IceGuard and Exterior Drainage Line. After we installed the IG and EDL we buried the drainage line in the yard so we can carry water away from the foundation with little to no disruption. Then the team mixed up concrete and poured it over the WaterGuard and around the TripleSafe to lock them in place.

A homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire, had moved into their home 7 years and since they moved in they have seen water entering from one part of their basement. The homeowners were tired of cleaning up water from around their water heater and decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist recommended installing 17' of WaterGuard, 20' of CleanSpace, and TrenchLock into the basement to stop water from collecting on the floor in the basement.

Our installation team began by chipping out the concrete on the wall and around the water heater. The team then installed CleanSpace along the wall before then installing the WaterGuard along the bottom of the wall. Once the WaterGuard was installed the team then installed the TrenchLock around the water heater. After the TrenchLock and WaterGuard were installed the team performed a water test before setting the drainage system in concrete.

The homeowners were very pleased this 7-year problem is now behind them.

Water Entering Basement, Bedford, NH

A homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire, had lived in their home for 40 years. When they moved into their 1940s home 40 years ago they had already seen water entering spots in the basement. Water has been entering the basement near the water heater. They have endured this issue for too many years and have finally decided they want the problems solved. They called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist Victor recommended installing WaterGuard, TripleSafe, SaniDry, and IceGuard.

Our production team began by removing concrete along the wall near the water heater. We removed just over 30' of concrete from the base of the foundation wall so we could install our WaterGuard to collect any water that tries to enter the basement. In the corner of the basement, the team dug a basin to install the TripleSafe sump pump. The sump pump will collect any water from the WaterGuard and pump it outside of the home through the IceGuard and then through the exterior drainage line. To control the humidity in the basement the team installed a SaniDry. The team installed the SaniDry right next to the sump pump so they could install the drainage line straight into the basin.

The homeowners were very pleased with the results of the project. Erickson Foundation Solutions solved a 40-year issue in only a couple of days of work.

Radon Mitigation System, Bedford, NH

A new homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire, recently had their home inspected and the inspector performed a radon test in their home. The test lasted for 97 hours and the average rating in the home was above 4.0 pCi/L. The homeowners decided to call EFS to have us install a radon mitigation system in their home. Our Design Specialist Jason design a radon system for their home.

Our production team began by creating an extraction point in the basement by creating a small hole in the slab. The team then attached a PVC pipe to the extraction point and lead that pipe to the exterior of the home where we connect the PVC pipe to the radon fan. The radon fan was installed on the side of the home and rest of the system was vented above the roofline of the home.

The homeowners were very pleased with the installation of the radon mitigation system in their home. The team completed the job within a couple of hours and made sure to leave the home cleaner than they found it.

Cracks on Walls and Floors of Garage, Bedford, NH

A homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for the past couple of months. Since moving into their late 70's home they noticed some cracking on the walls and floors of their garage. Because they just purchased the home a couple of months ago the homeowner would like to tackle any issues that pop up. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection, and our Design Specialist Victor found that the cracking in the garage was caused by pressure on the foundation wall. Victor recommended installing Geolocks, Crack Injection, and SmartJacks in the garage to add strength to the garage and repair the crack.

Our production team used Geolocks to use the soil from the front yard to stabilize the foundation wall. Next, the team injected the cracks in the garage with a crack injection to seal them. To add extra strength to the floors in the home our team installed 3 SmartJacks into the storage room off of the garage.

The homeowners were very pleased with the results. All of their concerns were repaired by EFS in only a couple of days. They were sure if they had any other problems with their home they would call EFS first to solve their problems.

Leaking Bulkhead, Bedford, NH

A homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire, found water in their basement after a rainstorm dropped .7" of rain in 24 hours. The water was collecting at the bottom of the last step of the bulkhead. The homeowner lived in Florida during the winter and doesn't want to worry about water in the basement when they were in Florida. Our design specialist recommended installing a sump pump and a drainage system to collect and dispel the water.

Our Waterproofing team started by chipping out a trench for our TrenchLock and WaterGuard to sit in. The TrenchLock was installed in from of the bulkhead door and the water was installed on both sides of the door. Connected to the drainage system was the TripleSafe Sump, so if any water enters the TrenchLock or WaterGuard the TripleSafe will push the water out of the basement through the drainage line.

The homeowners were happy to know if any water enters the basement through the bulkhead that the drainage system and sump pump will collect the water and push it out of the basement. The homeowner now has peace of mind when they travel to Florida for the winter.

CleanSpace Installation in CrawlSpace, Bedford, NH

A homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire, had concerns about the moisture in their crawlspace. They wanted to improve the efficiency of the insulation of their crawlspace. Our design specialist Victor examined and measured the crawlspace. Victor proposed a solution that would improve efficiency and address the moisture in the crawlspace. The solution was to install CleanSpace, Drainage Matting, and TerraBlock into the crawlspace.

Our production team first removed all debris from the crawlspace. Next, they installed Drainage Matting over the 320sqft of the crawlspace. This will allow air and water to travel under the matting without disturbing the crawlspace. Next, the team installed TerraBlock over the drainage matting and on the walls for added insulation. Following the TerraBlock, the team installed CleanSpace over the floors and walls of the crawlspace to create a vapor barrier where moisture and pests can't penetrate through. To finish the job the team installed an EverLast Door at the entrance to the crawlspace to create a physical door to close the space.

Pool Deck Sinking Around Steps, Bedford, NH

Richard S. of Bedford, New Hampshire has been living in his home for 14 years. Over the last 3 years, he has started to notice some changes to his pool deck. He noticed that near the stairs to enter his pool had started to sink. The sinking had created a tripping hazard that Richard would like repaired so his kid won't trip and hurt themselves. He decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions to see if someone could come out and proposed a solution.

Design Specialist Jason Vachon arrived at the home and inspected the pool deck. He discovered that the concrete near the stairs was sinking because of the soil was washing away whenever it would rain. Jason proposed a solution to Richard. The solution was to inject PolyLevel under the slab that was settling to fill the void where the soil was washed away.

Project Manger Chris Hanulek and his team came to the home and injected PolyLevel under the settled slab. They were able to lift the slab back to its original position to diminish the tripping hazard.
