Wet Basement
Due to basement water intrusion, the tile flooring sustained significant damage and required removal, as depicted in the photo. To safeguard the remaining finished area, the homeowner sought a robust and comprehensive waterproofing solution.

Basement Perimeter Drainage
WaterGuard was strategically installed along the foundation's perimeter to intercept water from the surrounding wet soils before it infiltrates the basement. The collected water is then channeled to the sump pump for efficient removal from the home. Initially, the perimeter cement was excavated to facilitate the system's installation. Following a thorough flood test, the system was re-cemented and leveled to grade.

Sump Pump
The SuperSump Sump Pump efficiently expels water collected by the WaterGuard system from the home. Its airtight basin effectively mitigates basement humidity and prevents debris from clogging the system, ensuring optimal performance.

Frozen Discharge Line Prevention
Water is expelled from the home via a discharge line. Upon reaching the exterior, the discharge line is equipped with IceGuard. This feature ensures uninterrupted water flow even in freezing temperatures, thereby preventing clogs and mitigating the risk of basement flooding.

Bubbler Pot
A bubbler pot was installed at the terminus of the discharge line to prevent surface water accumulation on the lawn and to enhance soil drainage efficiency.
