The SuperSump Sump Pump is strategically installed 24 inches below the foundation floor, effectively intercepting and expelling water before it infiltrates the basement area. This system features a robust Zoeller ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, which boasts a capacity of 2,220 gallons per hour at an 8-foot head, ensuring efficient water removal from your basement.
Frozen Discharge Line Prevention
Water is efficiently expelled from the home via a discharge line. Upon reaching the exterior, the line is equipped with IceGuard, a feature designed to ensure uninterrupted water flow even in freezing conditions. This safeguard prevents the discharge line from backing up, thereby protecting the basement from potential flooding.
Bubbler Pot
A bubbler pot was strategically installed at the terminus of the discharge line to prevent water accumulation on the lawn's surface. Additionally, the discharge line was buried to maintain the aesthetic integrity of the lawn.
