Basement Encapsulation
To address moisture issues, we installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier system. Initially, drainage matting was placed along the basement floor to direct water towards the sump pump, preventing it from becoming trapped in pockets. The CleanSpace encapsulation system was then meticulously applied to the foundation walls and floor. Our installation team ensured the CleanSpace was securely fastened around immovable basement objects, such as the oil tank and support columns. This permanent solution effectively mitigates moisture in the basement, significantly reducing the risk of wood rot, mold growth, and musty odors permeating the rest of the home.
Basement Sump Pump System with Battery Backup
Renowned for its reliability and durability, the TripleSafe Sump Pump system comprises three pumps: a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-operated backup pump. This system is engineered to handle substantial volumes of water that accumulate around a foundation's wet soil, which attempts to infiltrate the basement. As water enters the basin, the pumps activate sequentially to efficiently remove the water, ensuring the basement remains perpetually dry.
Basement Dehumidifier
The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier effectively lowers moisture levels in the basement, promoting healthier air circulation throughout the home. Collected moisture is automatically directed into the TripleSafe Sump Pump, ensuring a seamless and maintenance-free cleanup process.
Restoring Sunken Floors
The previously sagging and bouncy floors have been effectively restored with our SmartJack system. These robust support posts are securely cemented into the foundation and meticulously installed to supplemental beams and joists, delivering optimal support and ensuring permanent stability for the home's floors.
