Basement Drainage System
WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the foundation to capture water before being exposed to the basement. The water is then delivered to the sump pump for removal from the home. To install WaterGuard, concrete is chipped out along the foundation walls. It is then set in place with crushed stone to secure it. After being flood tested, the system is concrete in place.

Basement Surface Drainage
For immovable basement utilities, TrenchDrain is utilized to reroute water around them while still keeping the basement waterproof. TrenchDrain seamlessly integrates to WaterGuard, creating one channel for water to be distributed to the sump pump.

Reliable Sump Pump
Our UltraSump Sump Pump provides reliable protection against water intrusion. As water fills in the sump pump basin, the pump activates to remove water from the home. In the event of a power outage, our battery-powered backup pump acts as a safeguard to ensure water is still able to be removed from the home.

Basement Finished Flooring
The flooring in the basement prior to our waterproofing project was damaged as a result of leaks and flooding. We removed the previous flooring and replaced it with our Elite Plank Flooring. Elite Plank Flooring is made of inorganic material which is mold and water resistant.

Basement Finished Walls
To replace damaged drywall in the basement, we installed our EverLast Half Wall. The EverLast Half Wall is also water and mold resist, while offering a beautiful finish.

Discharge Line Freeze Prevention
Water is removed through a discharge line. As the discharge line reaches the exterior of the home, IceGuard is installed. IceGuard allows water to flow freely despite freezing temperatures. The LawnScape is added to the end of the discharge line to prevent clogs. The discharge line will then be buried.
