Water Seeping Through Foundation Wall
As seen in the photo, water would seep through the foundation wall. This damaged the drywall and caused stress that the bedroom could flood. The homeowner needed a permanent solution to ensure the safety of their living space.

Stud Removal
Our production crew started work on the project by covering valuables in plastic and laying down matting on the floor to ensure a clean workspace. Then, studs were removed to allow access to implement our waterproofing system.

Perimeter Drainage Concrete Chipping
Concrete was chipped out along the perimeter of the foundation wall to allow space for our WaterGuard drainage system to be installed.

Basement Wall Liner
CleanSpace was installed along the foundation wall of the basement to create a vapor barrier. This prevents moisture from seeping into the basement, and all moisture is drained directly into our WaterGuard system.

Drainage System Completed Installation
The WaterGuard system is installed along the interior perimeter of the basement. It collects water from the surrounding wet soils before it can enter the basement area. The system then channels the water to the sump pump for removal from the home. After installation, the system is flood-tested and cemented in place, ensuring effective basement waterproofing.

Sump Pump Including Battery Backup System
We installed our UltraSump Sump Pump to provide reliable water removal from the home. With our battery-operated backup system, we ensure that this powerful sump pump can handle varying levels of water ingress, even during a power outage.

Discharge Line Freeze Prevention
Water is expelled from the home through a discharge line. To prevent freezing and potential clogs, we install IceGuard on the exterior portion of the discharge line. Typically, the discharge line is buried underground to maintain the lawn's appearance. However, due to heavy snow, we will return soon to complete the burial of the discharge line.
