Failing Sump Pump System
The previously installed sump pump system was insufficient in capturing all water ingress, leaving the basement vulnerable to leaks and floods. A more comprehensive basement waterproofing solution was necessary to effectively protect the basement from water intrusion.

Basement Perimeter Drainage System
WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement to capture water before being exposed to the basement space. This system then delivers water to the sump pump system to be removed from the home.

Drainage System Under Basement Stairs
Even in difficult locations, our crew is able to install our solutions. We chipped out concrete underneath the basement stairs and installed our WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, ensuring the entire perimeter of the basement is protected from water intrusion.

Concrete Removal and Replacement
To replace the concrete chipped out, our crew removed the stairs and laid down fresh concrete. Once the concrete cured, we reinstalled the stairs.

Basement Drainage System Finished Installation
Once WaterGuard is installed, it is flood tested and cemented in place, ensuring proper drainage and an attractive finish.

Sump Pump with Battery Backup
WaterGuard channels water to the TripleSafe Sump Pump, which efficiently removes it from the basement. As the basin fills, a series of three pumps activate in sequence, ensuring continuous water removal. This system also includes a battery-powered backup pump, providing reliable protection even during power outages.

Preventing Frozen Discharge Lines
Water exits the home through a discharge line. IceGuard is installed to the exterior portion of the discharge line to prevent water backing up and flooding the system due to freezing or clogs.

Radon Extraction Point
To address radon concerns, we installed our radon mitigation system. We began by creating an extraction point through the foundation floor. A PVC pipe was then connected to this extraction point and routed to the exterior of the home.

Radon Fan
Once the PVC pipe reaches the exterior of the home, the radon fan is installed. This fan draws radon from the soil beneath the foundation, preventing it from seeping into the basement. Additional PVC piping extends from the radon fan past the roofline, ensuring the safe removal of radon gas far from any entry points of the home.

Basement Floor Crack Sealing
NexusPro was applied to the basement floor to seal cracks. This not only strengthens the foundation but also prevents water and radon from seeping through, ensuring a more secure and healthy environment.
