Basement Wall and Floor Seepage
Water entered the homeowner's residence through cracks in the floor and walls, jeopardizing their stored items. This situation also increased the risk of mold growth and potential structural issues in the future.

Wall Crack Repair
We installed an injection slab crack sealant to effectively prevent water from seeping through the crack, protecting the home from potential water damage and mold growth. Additionally, it helps maintain the structural integrity of the property by reinforcing weakened areas.

Foundation Floor Crack Repair
NexusPro was applied to seal all floor joints and cracks, preventing water seepage from the high water table surrounding the home's foundation. This also strengthens the foundation's integrity.

Basement Drainage System
Concrete along the perimeter of the basement was chipped out to allow space for our WaterGuard system to be installed. WaterGuard collects water before it is exposed to the basement and routes it to the sump pump system.

Basement Drainage System Connected to Sump Pump
The WaterGuard system integrates seamlessly with the TripleSafe basin. The TripleSafe sump pump is installed at the lowest point in the basement, ensuring a downhill flow of water into the basin, where the sump pump can efficiently remove it from the home.

Basement Wall Encapsulation System
CleanSpace was installed on the leaky foundation wall to prevent moisture accumulation. This system drains directly into the WaterGuard system, effectively removing all forms of moisture.

Sump Pump with Battery Backup
The TripleSafe Sump Pump system ensures continuous water removal from the home with its three-pump setup. This includes a primary, secondary, and battery-powered backup pump that activate as needed, even during power outages, efficiently discharging water through a discharge line.

Frozen Discharge Line Prevention
IceGuard is installed on the exterior discharge line of the home, allowing water to be safely ejected during freezing temperatures. This prevents the system from backing up and flooding the basement. The discharge line extends away from the home, ensuring water is safely dispersed.
