Broken Sump Pump
The sump pump previously installed in the home wasunable to capture and remove water, leaving the basement prone to leaks and floods. Notice how the foundation floor is stained from water accumulating on the surface.
Another Broken Sump Pump
Both of the sump pumps installed in the basement were failing. This led the homeowners to reach out for a dependable waterproofing solution that they could rely on to ensure their basement remained dry at all times.
Basement Drainage System
Our crew started work on the project by installing our WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. This system collects water from surrounding wet soils before it is able to enter the basement space. The water that is collected is then funneled to the sump pump for removal.
Basement Surface Drainage
Our TrenchDrain surface drainage system was installed to reroute water around immovable objects preventing WaterGuard to be installed. This system connects seamlessly with the WaterGuard system, creating one direct path for water to be sent to the sump pump's basin.
Superior Sump Pump
The TripleSafe Sump Pump system greatly differs from the failed sump pumps seen previously in the photo gallery. This system is composed of three pumps in one basin, including a primary, secondary, and battery-operated backup pump. As water delivered by the WaterGuard system enters the basin, these pumps activate accordingly to ensure constant removal from the home, even during power outages. The TripleSafe then ejects the water through a discharge line to a safe distance away from the home. IceGuard is installed to the discharge line to prevent a backup from freezes during harsh winter weather.
