Broken Sump Pump
The sump pump previously installed in the home was unable to capture water, leaving the basement prone to leaks that could damage the stored items.
Sealing Old Sump Pump Basin
The old sump pump basin was concreted so that water would not seep from it. A feed line was installed to transfer water from the old basin to the TripleSafe Sump Pump.
Sump Pump with Battery Backup
The TripleSafe Sump Pump is the ultimate safeguard for basement water seepage. With its three-pump system, including a battery-operated backup pump, the basement is protected from leaks and floods at all times, including power outages. Whether heavy rains or snowmelt, the TripleSafe Sump Pump can handle an incredibly large volume of water influx, giving the homeowner peace of mind that their basement will stay dry.
Discharge Line Freeze Prevention
Water is removed from the basement through a discharge line. As the discharge line reaches the exterior of the home, IceGuard was installed to prevent the line from backing up during harsh weather conditions. The homeowners no longer need to worry about their system backing up and flooding due to a frozen discharge line.
Discharge Line Bubbler Pot
A bubbler pot was installed to the end of the discharge line to prevent water from pooling on the surface of the lawn. The discharge line was then buried to preserve the lawn's aesthetic.
