Interior Basement Drainage System
The perimeter of the foundation was chipped out to allow space for WaterGuard to be installed. Water is captured before being able to enter the basement space and delivered to the sump pump. The system rests on crushed stone to ensure the proper flow of water to the sump basin.
Completed Basement Drainage Install
Once the WaterGuard system is tested, it is concreted in place. Our installation crew lays cement to grade, leaving the basement floor level and the waterproofing system discreetly fastened along the foundation wall.
Surface Drainage System
TrenchDrain is a surface drainage system that was installed at the basement entrance. WaterGuard is unable to be installed in this location, making TrenchDrain much more feasible. The two systems connect, creating one channel for the unwanted water to be removed from the home.
Water Removal from Basement
The TripleSafe Sump Pump system has the ability to pump large amounts of water out of the home at all times thanks to its three-pump system. This includes a primary pump for standard water removal, a secondary pump for an increased water influx during times such as heavy rains or snowmelt, and a battery powered backup pump for emergencies such as power outages. As water enters the sump pump's basin, it is instantly removed from the home through a discharge line.
Discharge Line Backup Prevention
IceGuard is installed on the exterior of the building to prevent the discharge line from clogging and freezing. As a result, the discharge line is unable to become backed up, adding an additional layer of protection that the basement will not flood.
Bubbler Pot
A bubbler pot is added to the end of the discharge line to prevent water prom puddling on the lawn's surface.
