Water Pooling on Basement Floor
Water seepage into the basement would occur so heavy and often that it would pool on the basement floor. Not only did this damage the finished areas of the basement and stored items, but the constant cleanup process became a headache.
Interior Basement Drainage System
The lower portion of drywall and the tile floor were removed to allow space for the installation of our WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard intercepts water before accessing the basement, and channels the water to the sump pump to be removed from the home.
Basement Surface Drainage
Our TrenchDrain surface drainage system was utilized to reroute water along immovable basement objects, such as this furnace. The TrenchDrain system connect to the perimeter drainage system, forming one flow of water to the sump pump.
Sump Pump System
The SuperSump sump pump system can be relied on to remove water from the home. As water fills in the basin, the pump activates and removes water through a discharge line. The discharge line extends outside the home to an area that is safe for water removal. The line is then buried to preserve the lawn's appeal.
