Drywall Water Damage
As seen in the photo, water entering through the foundation wall has damaged the drywall that has been installed in the basement. This was a large concern for the homeowner, who wanted to maximize the market value of the home.
Drywall Removal
The lower portion of drywall was removed and concrete along the perimeter of the foundation was chipped out to allow space for our drainage system to be installed.
WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System
WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the foundation to capture water before it could access the basement, including the finished basement walls. WaterGuard intercepts water from surrounding wet soils and delivers it to the sump pump to be safely removed from the home.
Foundation Crack Repair
FlexiSpan was installed to a foundation wall crack as a permanent solution for water intrusion. FlexiSpan fully seals and waterproofs the crack with its sealant, foam, and impermeable membrane components.
Sump Pump System
The UltraSump Sump Pump system was installed at the lowest point of the basement, allowing water to flow directly into its basin. As water enters the basin, it is removed from the home. The UltraSump also has a battery-operated pump, ensuring that water removal is functional at all times, including power outages! Water is removed through a discharge line, which was cored through the home's foundation and out to a safe distance away from the home. The discharge line is then buried to preserve the lawn's beauty.
