Basement Drainage System
WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement to collect water before being able to access the basement and transport it to the sump pump system. In order to allow space for the system to be installed, the crew removed the lower portion of the damaged drywall. Concrete along the perimeter of the basement floor was then removed. The WaterGuard system was set in crushed stone, and then concreted into position.
Sump Pump System with Battery Backup

Guaranteed Water Removal
Water is removed from the home through a discharge line. As the discharge line reaches the exterior of the home, IceGuard is fixed to the system. This mechanism allows water to flow despite freezing temperatures, ensuring that the discharge line won't back up and flood the basement. The discharge line is then buried underground, preserving the home's beauty.
