Basement Drainage System
WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement to capture water before it could access the finished basement space. The system is set within crushed stone to ensure proper flow of water to the sump pump's basin.
Basement Surface Drainage
In some areas, such as in front of doorways, WaterGuard is unable to be installed. As a solution, we install TrenchDrain surface drainage to collect water, as well as connect to the WaterGuard system to create one path of water to the sump pump system.
Sump Pump with Battery-Operated Backup Pump
As water fills in the TripleSafe Sump Pump's basin, a primary pump activates to remove water from the home. If situations such as heavy rains or snowmelt cause a higher influx of water, a secondary pump activates to maintain water levels. Lastly, a battery-powered backup pump is utilized in emergency situations such as a power outage, ensuring that the basement is protected from water at all times.
Frozen Discharge Line Prevention
Water is removed from the home through a discharge line. As the discharge line reaches the exterior of the home, IceGuard is fixed to it to ensure water can flow freely despite freezing temperatures. This prevents water from backing up, ultimately preventing potential basement flooding.
LawnScape Outlet
The LawnScape Outlet is installed to the end of the discharge line, designed to effectively disperse of water so that it does not pool on the lawn's surface.
