Basement Perimeter Drainage System
WaterGuard was installed to the perimeter of the foundation to collect water before becoming accessible to the basement. The system delivers the water collected to the sump pump system to be removed from the home.
Sump Pump System
The TripleSafe Sump Pump system has three pumps to remove water from the home at all times. This includes a primary, secondary, and battery-operated backup pump. To remove water out of the home, a discharge line was cored out of the foundation wall.
No More Frozen Discharge Lines
IceGuard was installed to the exterior portion of the discharge line. This mechanism allows water to flow freely amidst freezing temperatures, further preventing the possibility of a basement flood.
Bubbler Pot
A bubbler pot was installed to the end of the discharge line to effectively channel water into the ground, preventing puddling.
Wall Crack Repair
FlexiSpan was installed to a crack stemming from the egress window to prevent water from leaking through it. Should any water seepage occur, the FlexiSpan system routes water directly to the WaterGuard drainage system.
