Wet Basement
Water has permeated the cold joints in this section of the basement.
Drainage and Sump Pump System Installed
WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement's affected area to capture water from the surrounding soil and direct it to the sump pump. The TripleSafe sump pump, situated 22 inches beneath the foundation floor, ensures water flows downward into its basin. With its three-pump design, including a battery backup pump, it facilitates continuous water evacuation from the property, even in the event of a power failure.
Interior Discharge Line
Water is removed from the home by traveling through a discharge line. This line runs from the basement and extends through the home's siding.
Eliminating Frozen Discharge Lines Prevents Potential Flooding
IceGuard was fitted to the exterior discharge line of the home to prevent the lines from freezing. It ensures that water can flow unimpeded even in freezing temperatures, thus eliminating the risk of line backup. Consequently, the basin will not overflow with water, preventing basement flooding.
Bubbler Pot Installed to End of Discharge Line
A bubbler pot has been installed at the end of the discharge line to prevent water from accumulating on the surface of the lawn.
Basement Dehumidifier Installation
The SaniDry XP has been installed in the basement to combat mold growth and ensure clean air, thereby making the living space more comfortable.
