TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier Installation
A sump basin, installed at the basement's lowest point, captures water from the wet soil around it. The TripleSafe system, with its two high-powered pumps and a battery-operated backup pump, ensures water removal during intense rain, heavy snowfall, and power outages. The SaniDry Sedona, an energy-efficient but powerful dehumidifier, supports mold prevention and circulates fresh air, making the basement a more inviting space.
Frozen Discharge Line Prevention
Water is expelled from the home via a discharge line. IceGuard is affixed to the discharge line's external section, ensuring water can escape even in freezing conditions. This prevents pipe blockages and guarantees that the basement remains dry.
Bubbler Pot Installed to Discharge Line
A bubbler pot is attached to the end of the discharge line to prevent water from accumulating on the surface of the lawn. After installation, the discharge line is buried to maintain the lawn's aesthetic appearance.
