Protecting Personal Items During Construction
Our installation crews are committed to maintaining a tidy work area. Prior to commencing the project, they took precautions to safeguard any personal belongings left in the basement.
Basement Perimeter Drainage Preparation
Concrete is removed from the basement's perimeter to accommodate the installation of the WaterGuard system.
Installation Crew in Action
Daniel Slaiby, an installation specialist, is jackhammering the basement's perimeter to create space for the installation of WaterGuard.
WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage Installation
WaterGuard is installed within crushed stone along the basement's perimeter to collect water before it reaches the basement interior.
WaterGuard Finished Installation
Once the system has been tested, WaterGuard is cemented into position to ensure the correct flow of water towards the sump pump.
TrenchDrain Surface Drainage Installation
TrenchDrain was utilized to reroute water around the utilities. This system connects to WaterGuard, creating a unified flow of water to the sump pump.
TrenchDrain Surface Drainage Finished Installation
Similar to the WaterGuard system, this system is cemented into position following testing.
Feed Line Installation
Given the basement's large size, a feed line has been installed to ensure the even distribution of water collected by the WaterGuard system.
Feed Line Completed Installation
The feed line has been cemented securely. With an effective drainage system established, water is channeled to the TripleSafe sump pump and expelled from the home via a discharge line, ensuring the basement remains perpetually dry.
