FlexiSpan and WaterGuard Installation
FlexiSpan was installed on the foundation wall crack to prevent water from entering the basement. This crack sealant fully covers the crack and directs any potential moisture seepage to the WaterGuard system. WaterGuard was installed around the interior perimeter of the basement to collect water from the surrounding wet soil before it enters the basement. Once the water is collected, it is directed to the sump pump.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Installation
The TripleSafe sump pump system features three pumps to ensure high amounts of water are always able to be pumped outside of the home. Composed of a primary, secondary, and battery-operated backup pump, the TripleSafe makes sure your basement stays dry all the time.
Wall Demolition
The drywall in the basement had to be removed to install the discharge line, which is the conduit through which water exits the home.
Exterior Discharge Line with IceGuard
The discharge line was routed outside to a safe distance from the home. IceGuard was added to the discharge line to prevent water in the PVC pipes from freezing. A bubbler pot was installed at the end of the discharge line to prevent puddling on the lawn's surface.
