WaterGuard Installation
Concrete is removed from the basement's perimeter to create space for WaterGuard installation. The WaterGuard system is positioned within crushed stone to efficiently gather water and channel it to the sump basin. After testing the system, it is secured with cement.
TrenchDrain Installation
Certain areas are often unsuitable for WaterGuard installation, such as locations with heavy utilities, elevated surfaces, and bulkhead entrances. TrenchDrain is utilized to link with WaterGuard, ensuring the continuity of water flow to the sump basin and intercepting surface water when necessary.
SuperSump Installation
The SuperSump consists of a primary pump and a battery-operated backup pump to pump unwanted water out of the home.
SaniDry Sedona Installation
The SaniDry Sedona is an effective dehumidifier that controls moisture levels, providing a balanced climate and preventing mold, wood rot, and other related issues.
Exterior Discharge Line with IceGuard and Bubbler Pot
An exterior discharge line has been installed from the sump pump to the backyard, enabling water to be safely expelled from the home. The plumbing system includes IceGuard to prevent pipe freezing, thereby averting the risk of system backup and basement flooding. Additionally, a bubbler pot has been attached to the end of the discharge line to distribute water uniformly and avoid puddling.
