Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Sump Pump Installation in Arlington, MA

A homeowner in Arlington, Massachusetts experienced slight leaks in his basement near his staircase. The basement is used for storage space and a workshop area with a lot of expensive machines, so he wanted to be proactive to protect his assets. He reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions to keep the basement dry. Our System Design Specialist, Kenneth Calabrese, recommended installing WaterGuard around the perimeter of the foundation to capture water and divert it to our TripleSafe sump pump, which pumps water out of the basement through a discharge line. After a discussion with the homeowner, he decided to have only the sump pump installed. The TripleSafe was installed at the lowest point of the basement, where water naturally filters to the sump basin. The homeowner now has peace of mind that his basement and personal belongings are protected.
