Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Doorway Waterproofing in Londonderry, NH
A homeowner in Londonderry, New Hampshire wanted to protect their finished basement. Water would make its way into the foundation through the doorway, exposing the living space to water. Fearful of personal belongings and carpet getting ruined, he reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.
Our Design Specialist, Victor Tapia, recommended installing WaterGuard perimeter drainage and TripleSafe sump pump system. The WaterGuard system was installed around the perimeter of the doorway where water leaked in. This allows that water to be captured before being exposed to walls or the floor, and filters it to the sump pump. The TripleSafe three-pump system, including a battery powered backup pump, can handle extremely high levels of water, making sure unwanted water is always pumped out of the home. The water is removed through an exterior discharge line, which disposes of water safely away from the home.
With this waterproofing system in place, the homeowner now has peace of mind that his basement and personal belongings are safe.
