WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage
The cement around the perimeter of the foundation footing is chipped out to make space for the WaterGuard system. Once in place, the perimeter drainage system allows water from outside the foundation to flow directly into the system. The WaterGuard system then distributes the water to the TripleSafe sump pump system.
TrenchDrain Surface Drainage
Sometimes, perimeter drainage cannot be installed in certain areas. Common areas where this happens include doorways, oil tanks, and above sewage lines. In these situations, we use TrenchDrain surface drainage. This system connects to the WaterGuard system to create a path for water to flow to the sump pump basin.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System
The TripleSafe sump pump system is made up of three pumps. The first pump operates full time at 1/3 horsepower to withstand normal amounts of water in the sump pump basin. A second pump operates at 1/2 horsepower when higher water levels occur. Lastly, a third battery-powered pump is activated in emergency situations, such as a power outage. This guarantees that your sump pump system will never fail.
Exterior Drainage Line
This exterior drainage line is the plumbing that allows the sump pump to pump water out of the basement. It is buried in the ground and disposes the water in a safe location that is not harmful to the home.
