Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Water Entering Basement More Frequently, Stoneham, MA
This homeowner in Stoneham, Massachusetts, purchased their early 1900s home in 2011. Soon after moving into the home, they started to notice water entering the basement. After living in the home for over a decade now the homeowners noticed the water was entering the home more frequently compared to back then. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist Josh Phillips met with the homeowners and talked to them about their water concerns. After talking to them about their concerns, Josh inspected the basement and recommended a solution that would prevent water from entering the basement. Jost recommended installing TripleSafe, SmartPipe, IceGuard, EDL, and a SaniDry Sedona in the basement to prevent water and moisture from collecting in the basement.
Our Installation Team led by Abdou Taal began by chipping out concrete inside the basement so we could install our drainage and sump pump. After the concrete was chipped away and the debris was removed our team installed our SmartPipe and TripleSafe into the basement. After installing the drainage and sump pump the team then plumbed the system to the exterior of the home so we could carry any water away from the home. After the system was installed the team then mixed concrete and covered the SmartPipe and around the sump pump basin to lock the system into place. After the concrete had cured the team lastly installed our SaniDry Sedona next to the TripleSafe and installed the discharge line into the sump pump basin.
The homeowners were very happy with the results of the project and didn't have to worry about water inside their basement anymore.
