Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Cracks in Foundation Leaking Water in Basement, Amherst, NH
This homeowner in Amherst, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for a year and a half. About a year ago they noticed cracks in the foundation and water was entering the basement through those cracks. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist Anthony Brancato met with the homeowners and discussed their concerns so we could recommend the best solution. After his inspection of the basement, Anthony recommended installing 2 FlexiSpans over the cracks in the foundation and 6 feet of injection crack sealant to seal the largest crack.
Our installation team led by Steve Dumais began by installing FlexiSpan over the two cracks that were leaking water. The FlexiSpan will prevent water from entering the basement and collecting on the floor. After the FlexiSpans were installed, the team then moved on to the last crack. We installed an Injection Crack Sealant into the crack to seal the crack.
The homeowners were very pleased with the results of the project.
