This homeowner reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions in early January 2023 after their basement was flooded during the holidays. They had just purchased and moved into the home, and water in their basement was not something they planned for (or wanted!) Our team installed a full perimeter sump pump, waterproofing system that will guarantee their basement will stay dry ALL the time going forward. Products installed included TripleSafe sump pump with battery back-up, WaterGuard perimeter drains, and IceGuard to prevent the pipes from freezing on the exterior of the home.

IceGuard Protection

This IceGuard protection system effectively prevents the water from freezing in the discharge line, allowing the waterproofing system to operate year-round with no concerns.

Perimeter Water Drain

WaterGuard is installed along the entire perimeter of the basement walls, catching all water that may enter the basement through the concrete foundation. Through the WaterGuard tracks, the water flows directly into the sump pump.

Sump Pump System
