A home in Middleton, New Hampshire, was on the market, and a potential buyer wanted to set up a pre-purchase inspection. Our design specialist Brian inspected the basement and found some water intrusion on the left foundation wall. Brian recommended installing a sump pump and sealing a crack in the foundation wall.
Our production team first installed an UltraSump in the basement to collect the water from the ground. Our team connected an IceGuard to the drainage line of the sump pump to prevent water from backing up into the basement. Finally, the team sealed the crack on the foundation wall using FlexiSpan.
After installing our sump pump and crack sealing products, water cannot saturate the basement.
