SunHouse Enclosure with WellDuct Drain, Manchester, NH

This homeowner in Manchester, New Hampshire, had lived in their home for almost 40 years. Recently the homeowners have seen water coming through their egress window and into the basement. They wanted to find a solution to prevent this from happening so they reached out to EFS for a free inspection. We inspected the basement and recommended a solution to prevent water from entering the basement from the windows.
