Stone Foundation Leaking, Manchester, NH

A homeowner in Manchester, New Hampshire, had recently purchased their home in the last year. When they moved into their home there was a large rainstorm that allowed water to leak into the basement. They wanted to use their basement for storage and didn't want to worry about water entering the basement and ruining their belongings. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and took a detailed look at the basement to find where and why water was entering the basement. We found the water was seeping through the 60+-year-old foundation wall during heavy periods of rain.
