Perimeter Drainage System, Manchester, NH

This homeowner in Manchester, New Hampshire has lived in their home since the 1970s. For a long time, they have noticed water entering their basement. After almost 20 years of water entering the basement and the problem continuing to get worse they decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement. The Design Specialist met with the homeowner and talked with them about their water concerns. After their conversation, our specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system in the basement to collect any water that threatened to enter the basement and pump it out and away from the foundation. Most of the water coming into the basement had been entering the basement from the bulkhead stairs. 

Our installation team installed the perimeter drainage system into the basement and was able to prevent water from collecting inside the basement.
