Each year, our team at Erickson Foundation Solutions dedicates a day to completing a project that greatly impacts our community. This year, our production team, sales team, and office staff set out to complete three projects, including:

Basement waterproofing and encapsulation of the Alvirne Chapel in Hudson, NH.

This historic chapel has been a staple in Hudson, NH for many years. Known as a location for hosting community events, this venue is also commonly utilized to host weddings. We set out on a mission to ensure water intrusion no longer plagues the chapel, allowing this beautiful space to continue to leave lasting impacts on those who visit. We installed a perimeter drainage system, two sump pumps, and our CleanSpace wall encapsulation system.

Basement waterproofing and encapsulation of Lucky 7 Stables in Londonderry, NH.

Lucky 7 Stables is a full-service horseback riding stable, providing people of all ages with family-friendly fun! Due to unfortunate circumstances, the owner's basement (a crucial part of the stables) needed waterproofing in order to maintain operation. We installed a full perimeter drainage system, sump pump, and CleanSpace wall encapsulation to provide a permanent solution.

Maintenance of the Alvirne Hills House in Hudson, NH.

The Alvirne Hills House in Hudson, NH is where the community comes together for events, as well as learn about the history of Hudson. Last year, we installed products that waterproofed and stabilized the basement, and also stabilized and enhanced outdoor steps. To honor our commitment of creating safe and stable homes in our community, our service team performed annual maintenance, ensuring that our permanent solutions are still performing at the optimized level.
