Second to none! I'm very happy with the whole process, start to finish!
The call representative kept in touch and made sure that things that I hadn't thought of (dig safe) were taken care of, and I'm sure a lot "behind the scenes" were as well.
Pete came out to my house and gave a solid estimate as to what needed to be done to keep water out of my basement. He also took a look at other potential problems and made suggestions for future jobs.
Gunther, Cody and Jack came out and installed my new sub pump and dehumidifier in a quick, and professional manner. It was impressive how quickly it went (3 hours and 34 minutes). As things were happening, I was given updates and shown how things work. A lot of communication (which I like).
Gunther, Cody and Jack cleaned up after themselves very well. Heck- the lawn where they dug up was put back so nicely that it's hard to tell that they dug there.
What made you choose our company:
At first it was how close to my house you folks were and how quickly Pete was able to get here to estimate the work. NOW it's the people who work for Erickson. Pete, Gunther, Cody, Jack and the people at the call center (who's name(s) I didn't get) made this an experience to remember. Top notch people doing top notch things! I WILL be in touch to have additional work done on my house! Count on it!
