Overall very positive experience, but some glitches between sales team promises and installation realities.
Senior salesperson outstanding at answering questions and providing clear information. However, the crawlspace hatch the sales team included couldn't be installed, which is disappointing. The installation team obviously did provide a cover, but not with the proposed ease of access.
Ryan and Justin are superb! Ryan (foreman) is great communicator, and kept me informed plans progress, issues encountered, and path to resolution. Both are polite, professional, hard-working , and meticulous about the quality of their workmanship.
The team left all external areas appropriately each day, and cleaned up very nicely at job completion.
What made you choose our company:
Smart jacks, and the comprehensive solution. We agreed to go forward on the floor support jack replacements, sump pump system, and Cleanspace and floor covering to mitigate issues. Dehumidifier installation, if necessary, can be done as a phase 2. Your price was competitive but included a superior solution for the floor support system.
