Any communication whether it was by phone, email or text was presented with high level of professionalism.

Jason was knowledgeable and thorough in his examination of the situation and recommended removal of a drywall section of basement that we needed to do so the workers could install the braces. Another foundation company we had come out for an estimate neglected to mention that should be done despite knowing the crack continued behind the wall. The other company also used a power brace system. We are lucky to have had Jason as our salesperson.

Chris, the crew foreman, Dre and Lewis were great. Observed the respect for each other as teammates, professionalism, and trust. They worked efficiently, stayed in communication with us, and kept the work area neat and clean. We were very impressed.

Commented before that they kept everything neat and cleaned up each day. Could hardly tell they had been there.
