I did Human Resources as a career for many years. I always chose my employees based on how well they took ownership of the company. She won the Triple Crown right out of the gate.

Steve, Gunther, Paul. So patient and caring in search of solutions when the day wasn't perfect beyond their control. Very personable as well. Putting the customer's needs as the priority. A rarity in many company's today.
