New Sump Pump with Battery Backup
We replaced the old sump pump with our UltraSump Sump Pump System. This reliable sump pump system is designed to work around the clock, even during power outages, to fully safeguard the basement from water intrusion. It's airtight lid prevents moisture from entering the basement space and debris from potentially clogging the system.
Basement Area Susceptible to Leaks
The laundry area in the finished basement had water puddle on the floor in the past. In order to prevent damage to the finished basement walls and floor, the homeowners desperately wanted a permanent solution that would assure water could not invade the space.
Basement Drainage System and Sump Pump
Our crew removed the lower portion of drywall and chipped out concrete along the perimeter of the problem area top allow space for the installation of our WaterGuard drainage system. Our crew takes pride in being as minimally invasive to the home as possible. WaterGuard collects water on the interior of the foundation wall before being able to access the basement, and delivers the water to the sump pump for removal from the home. The water is removed through a discharge line. IceGuard is installed to the discharge line to allow water to flow freely on the exterior of the home despite freezing temperatures, eliminating the possibility of the system backing up and flooding the basement.
Basement Dehumidifier
Our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed in the basement to improve the quality of air that gets distributed throughout the entire home. This dehumidifier helps eliminate toxins such as mold spores, fostering a healthier basement environment.
