Basement Perimeter Drainage System
Concrete along the interior of the basement was removed so WaterGuard could be installed. WaterGuard collects water and delivers it to the sump pump to be removed from the home before it is able to access the basement space. You can tell how high the water table is from how wet the crushed stone is shortly after being put in place.
WaterGuard Finished Installation
After WaterGuard is flood-tested to ensure proper flow of water to the sump pump, the system is then cemented in place.
Sump Pump with Battery Backup
The TripleSafe Sump Pump system has a trio of pumps that activate accordingly as water fills its basin. With a primary, secondary, and battery-powered backup pump, even the heaviest amounts of water can be pumped out of the home at all times.
