Basement Drainage System
WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement's foundation to collect water before accessing the space. The water that is collected then travels to the sump pump to be removed from the home.
Drainage Around Utilities
Rather than opting to move heavy utilities such as well tanks, the oil heater, or the water heater, we installed TrenchDrain around them. TrenchDrain has the ability to collect water on the foundation floor's surface, and connects to WaterGuard to form a uniformed path of water to flow to the sump pump.
Removing Water from Basement
As the water is delivered into the TripleSafe Sump Pump's basin, it is immediately removed from the home via its three-pump system. Depending on how quickly water enters the basin, three pumps, including a battery-operated backup pump, activate in order to ensure water is ALWAYS removed from the home. The water travels through a discharge line that extends out of the basement to a safe location away from the home.
