Wet Crawl Space
The sump pump that was installed in the crawl space prior to our visit was unable to collect and dispose of water, thus leaving the crawl space prone to flooding.
Perimeter Drainage System
WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the crawl space to collect water from the high water table surrounding the foundation. This system sits in crushed stone to ensure the proper flow of water to the sump pump.
Surface Drainage System
To navigate around immovable utilities, TrenchDrain was utilized. TrenchDrain is installed to the foundation floor's surface and connects to WaterGuard, creating one path for water to travel.
Drainage System Cemented in Crawl Space
Once our drainage system is installed and tested, it is then cemented in place.
Sump Pump Installed in Crawl Space
The drainage system connects to our TripleSafe Sump Pump system. As water fills in the sump pump's basin, it is met by our trio of pumps. These pumps activate accordingly depending on hopw much water is in the basin. In the event of heavy rain or snowmelt, a second pump may activate to alleviate the increased water in the basin. Our battery-powered backup pump ensures protection even in the event of a power outage.
Crawl Space Dehumidifier
Our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to remove moisture from the home, resulting in the elimination of mold growth, musty smells, and more! This dehumidifier drains directly into the sump pump system, creating a hassle-free drainage process.
