Basement Perimeter Drainage System
WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the foundation, collecting water and delivering it to the sump pump's basin before being exposed to the interior of the basement.
Feed Line
A feed line was installed to effectively manage the flow of water given the basement's large surface area.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System
The TripleSafe Sump Pump system removes water from the home as water fills in its basin. With the three-pump system, including a battery-operated backup pump, homeowners are assured that their basements will stay free of water at all times, even during power outages!
Discharge Line with IceGuard and Bubbler Pot
Water exits the home through a discharge line. As the discharge line reaches the exterior of the home, IceGuard is installed. IceGuard allows water to flow even during those freezing winter temperatures. This gives homeowners addition peace of mind that their sump pump will not overflow. A bubbler pot was also installed to the end of the discharge line to prevent water from pooling on the surface of the yard.
